All our trip tickets are sold via our Edinburgh University Students’ Association (EUSA) page. We cooperate with International Student Tours Scotland for our trips.

Your relative? By all means! So long as you are a current student at any of the four universities in Edinburgh, a family member is welcome! However, we do prioritize students and staff at the Univeristy of Edinburgh.
Please bear in mind, that there are many other travel companies operating in Edinburgh which are open to non-students as well!

Buying Your Ticket

All tickets are sold via our EUSA page (link see above).
To access the ESNcard discount, please purchase the ESNcard ONLY ticket. No need to enter any codes - you're eligible for the discount if you have already ordered an ESNcard or are planning on buying one BEFORE the departure (see also below).

You have two options. You can either opt for the regular ticket and pay the slightly higher price OR you buy the discounted ticket and buy an ESNcard before the trip departure.
If you don’t acquire an ESNcard before the departure, we will ask you to pay the difference to a regular ticket.

If ESNcard discounted tickets become unavailable, please select the regular ticket option and we’ll reimburse you the price difference on the day of the trip! Your order details are securely stored in the EUSA system.
The same applies to the situation of non-ESNcard tickets becoming unavailable. Please choose the discounted option then and we will verify whether you’re eligible for the discount or not. If not, we will ask you to pay the difference before departure.

We work hard with our ticket distributors to ensure that our ticket sales run smoothly. Sometimes, however, the EUSA booking system has its limitations, especially when the demand his high. Yet, it’s the most secure and cost-effective option for both you and us. We hope you understand and look forward to meeting you in person!
Once You've Bought Your Ticket

Just bring us your confirmation email of purchase you received from EUSA (payment confirmation) either printed out or on your phone! The receipt counts as your ticket.

No. Note, that we also do not do partial refund if any of the attraction places that are covered in the ticket are closed due to a weather warning.
Given the popularity of our trips, you can, however, resell the ticket to someone else.

Yes - you can post it up on the event pages or in our Facebook or WhatsApp Group to ask if anyone wants to buy your ticket.
However, we hold no responsibility for that and tickets are not refundable.
Please email esnedinburgh@gmail.com to notify us of the change with the name, email, and contact number of the new buyer, if you managed to resell your ticket!
