Crisis support: How can i access Help during an acute mental health crisis?

The Samaritans: 116 123 (24 h) A National Service for anything that is worrying you.

Edinburgh Crisis Centre: 0808 8010414 (24 h) Support for people experiencing a mental health crisis.

 

NHS 24: 111 (Outside GP opening hours) Critical health support, including mental health.

Breathing Space: 0800 838587 (Evenings and weekends: Monday-Thursday 6pm-2am; Friday 6pm to Monday 6am) A confidential phoneline for anyone in Scotland feeling low, anxious, or depressed.

Mental Health Assessment Service: 0131 537 6000 (24 h) A nurse-led emergency mental health assessment service for people experiencing a mental health crisis.
